Privacy policy

The Liquidity Platform is an MVP built for the SBER HACK hackathon. This document describes what data we process and why.

What data we collect

Email and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), company name, country of registration, tax ID or registration number, KYC documents, applications, offers and deal correspondence.

Why

To verify the company, show applications to verified lenders, compare offers and run the deal. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Who sees the data

KYC documents are visible only to the company itself and platform staff. A deal and its files are visible to the borrower, the accepted lenders and platform staff.

Cookie

We use technical cookies only: a session cookie after sign-in, a form-protection cookie and your language choice. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Data deletion

To delete your account and company data, contact the platform administrator.
